Can I have a new spine, please? This one's not working properly. Not making it through today without painkillers. My back doesn't so much feel tight, it just feels like I've been lifting stuff for a day, and I know I haven't. And the headache is back. Let's see if nurofen tension headache is any better than the usual stuff.

After spending part of Friday and all of Saturday & Sunday with a hideous headache that max doses of nurofen & panadol, or Voltaren & panadol, and a hot bath, and wheat bag couldn't budge, I've made an appointment to see a physiotherapist to see if I can get myself sorted out.

Went to the Manakau Medieval Market yesterday (in Levin, it got too big for its old site in Manakau). That's 3 weekends of medieval events in a row. Ugh. (Oh yeah, I should write a post about the Taupo Tournament.) I didn't bother taking any medieval stuff, all my clothes are in desperate need of laundering, so I was just another punter. Ooh, me aching back... Stupid sacro-iliac joints, stupid sciatic nerves, stupid heavy boxes, stupid chairs. I ache from the bottom of my ribs all the way down to my right knee and my left foot. Off to see the osteopath tomorrow morning. Now if I can just work out a way to not have to sit down for the rest of the day...
